What’s the turnaround time?
For illustrations the turnaround time is usually the next business day, depending on complexity. So if you were to request a few illustrations today you will get them tomorrow.
What type of files can you deliver?
The main format will be Adobe Illustrator files (AI). You will get SVG and PNG formats.
If you need animated illustrations the main format with be GIF, MP4 or LottieFiles. We will work with After Effects (AEP) and MOV if you need it for transparent assets.
Are the illustrations 100% original? What software do you use?
Yes, all of our illustrations are hand drawn and 100% original. Our illustrator use their Ipads and Adobe Illustrator.
What do I need to include in the brief?
For illustrations or icons we need 3 things:
- Your brand assets (colors, logo, fonts, etc).
- What you would like to illustrate.
- The style in which you would like those illustrations or icons. You can find some great inspirations online on website such as Dribbble or Behance.
Do I own the rights to the designs?
Yes. All of our work is done for you and for you only. You have complete ownership of the files as soon as you received them and are free to use them as you please.
Source files (PSD, AI, INDD, FIG, SKETCH) are always included along with PNG, JPEG, SVG & PDF.
