ManyPixels vs DotYeti: which subscription fits your team?

TABLE OF CONTENTS

TL;DR
ManyPixels and DotYeti both sell unlimited design for a flat monthly fee, but they unlock scope at very different prices. ManyPixels includes web design from $699/mo and motion and video from $1,199/mo. DotYeti starts at $995/mo for graphics, then holds web design, motion graphics and video editing for its $2,595 Summit plan. Every DotYeti plan below $3,995 works on two projects at a time.
- ✅ Best value for graphics plus landing pages: ManyPixels Advanced at $699/mo. DotYeti charges $2,595/mo before it will design a web page.
- 💰 Best value for motion and video: ManyPixels Business at $1,199/mo, which is $1,396 a month less than the DotYeti plan that includes them.
- 🧊 Best for 3D, copywriting and a full-service team: DotYeti Summit at $2,595/mo. ManyPixels doesn't sell 3D animation or copywriting.
- ⚠️ DotYeti's turnaround got slower this autumn: Base now quotes 2 to 5 days, up from 2 to 3 in September 2026.
- ❌ Skip DotYeti Base if you manage more than two brands. It includes two brand profiles; ManyPixels supports unlimited brands on every plan.
Most people who search "ManyPixels vs DotYeti" have already narrowed their list to two flat-rate design subscriptions and want to know which one gives their team more for the money. That's harder to answer than it should be. DotYeti only publishes comparisons against Superside and Design Pickle, and the third-party reviews we checked still quote DotYeti prices that no longer exist.
So we read both pricing pages in a browser on 2 November 2026, plan card by plan card, and lined up what each budget actually buys. The short version: the price on the first card tells you very little. What matters is the price at which the work you need gets unlocked.
Here's the full breakdown, including the areas where DotYeti is the better buy.
How much do ManyPixels and DotYeti cost in 2026?
ManyPixels costs $699 to $2,599 a month on monthly billing, or $629 to $2,339 a month billed quarterly. DotYeti costs $995 to $2,595 a month for its three fixed plans, or $945 to $2,465 billed quarterly, plus an Apex Studio plan from $3,995. DotYeti's cheapest plan costs $296 a month more than ManyPixels' cheapest.
ManyPixels also has yearly billing at a deeper discount. DotYeti's FAQ mentions 3, 6 and 12-month prepay options, though its pricing page now only shows monthly and quarterly rates.
Worth knowing if you're reading older reviews: when we checked DotYeti in September 2026, its toggle showed a 6-month prepay rate instead of quarterly. Any DotYeti price you find in a review, including ours, is only as good as the date it was checked.
What does each budget actually buy?
At $699 a month, ManyPixels covers graphics, web design and illustration, while DotYeti has no plan. At $995, DotYeti covers static graphics, illustration, presentations and logos. Web design, motion graphics and video editing only appear on DotYeti at $2,595, which is $1,896 more than ManyPixels charges for web design and $1,396 more than it charges for video.
This is the comparison that matters most, because both services say "unlimited" and both mean it within scope. Here's the scope you get at each price point:
Most teams shopping in this price band need a landing page or a short video at some point in the year. On DotYeti, that one need moves you from $995 to $2,595. Over twelve months, getting web design on DotYeti instead of ManyPixels Advanced costs $22,752 more.
To be fair to DotYeti, its Summit plan isn't overpriced for what's in it. It bundles copywriting, 3D design and 3D animation, which ManyPixels doesn't sell at all. The problem is only for teams that need one of those Summit services and none of the others.
Bottomline: if your work includes web pages, motion or video, ManyPixels reaches that scope for $1,396 to $1,896 a month less than DotYeti.

Two active projects vs a daily output: how much gets done?
DotYeti works on two active projects at a time on every plan below Apex Studio, and starts the next one when you approve a finished one. ManyPixels delivers a set daily output every business day: typically 2 to 3 social graphics, 1 logo draft or a landing page first draft. Paying more on DotYeti buys scope and service, not more parallel work.
The two units are hard to compare directly, so here's what each one means in practice.
On DotYeti, an active project can hold several connected deliverables, like a full ad set or a pitch deck. That's generous per slot. But with Base quoting 2 to 5 days for first drafts, plus your review time, each slot realistically turns over a handful of times a month. Okay, this is our estimate rather than DotYeti's figure: two slots cycling every 2 to 5 business days land somewhere around 8 to 20 first drafts a month, before revisions.
On ManyPixels Advanced, one daily output across about 21 business days works out to roughly 42 to 63 social graphics a month, or about 21 logo drafts. Business doubles that with two daily outputs, and complex projects like a full website get daily progress updates until they're done.
DotYeti's FAQ says you can add active projects on request, but it doesn't publish a price for them. On DotYeti, $1,600 of upgrades between Base and Summit doesn't add a single extra project slot.
How fast is each service?
ManyPixels delivers first drafts the next business day on Advanced and Business, and the same day on Assigned Designer and Design Team. DotYeti quotes 2 to 5 days on Base, 1 to 5 days on Scale, priority turnaround on Summit and expedited turnaround on Apex Studio. Complex projects take several days on both services.
DotYeti's turnaround has gotten slower on paper this autumn. When we checked in September 2026, Base quoted 2 to 3 days and Scale 1 to 3. On 2 November, those read 2 to 5 and 1 to 5. DotYeti explains that every project goes through QA and a senior art director before delivery, which can add time up front but should mean fewer revision rounds.
That's a reasonable trade for brand campaigns. It's a harder sell for paid social, where you might want to test new ad variants every few days. At ManyPixels, we see a lot of marketing teams submit a fresh round of ad variants in the morning and want drafts in front of them the next day, and that rhythm is what the daily output model is built for.
If your work runs on weekly ad tests or tight launch dates, next-day first drafts matter more than an extra review layer.
Where DotYeti is the better buy
DotYeti does a few things ManyPixels doesn't, and if one of them is your main need, it's the right choice.
- 3D design and 3D animation. Summit includes both, and Apex Studio adds CGI social content and advanced 3D animation. Very few subscriptions in this price band sell 3D at all, and ManyPixels doesn't.
- Copywriting. Summit includes copy, so a campaign can go from brief to finished ads without a separate writer. On ManyPixels, you supply the copy in your brief.
- Senior oversight. Scale adds a dedicated art director at $1,595. Summit adds a client success manager and live briefing calls. Apex adds creative director oversight and campaign planning.
- A bigger team on your account. DotYeti describes each client's pod as 8 to 10 people across design, motion, 3D, web and copy.
- A refund window. New clients get a full first-month refund within 14 days, as long as they attend the onboarding call. ManyPixels lets you cancel any time with no fees, but doesn't offer a money-back guarantee.
If your brand runs on 3D product visuals or you want copy and design from one team, DotYeti Summit is worth its $2,595.
Can you pause or cancel ManyPixels and DotYeti?
Both services are month to month and can be cancelled at any time. ManyPixels lets you pause any plan for $10 a month and keep access to your files. DotYeti has no pause on Base or Scale; Summit and Apex Studio include one Flex Month a year, when billing stops and your team waits for you.
Flex Month is a nice idea, and nobody else in our comparison set offers anything quite like it. But it's only on plans costing $2,595 or more, it's limited to one month per rolling 12 months, and it doesn't carry over if you skip it. DotYeti also doesn't issue partial-month refunds when you cancel.
ManyPixels' pause works on the $699 plan as often as you need it, which suits teams with seasonal work or a quiet quarter between launches.
Which one should your team choose?
If you need graphics plus landing pages or web design, then ManyPixels Advanced at $699/mo is the clear pick. ✅ DotYeti won't touch web design below $2,595.
If you need regular motion graphics or video edits, then ManyPixels Business at $1,199/mo. ✅ It also doubles your daily output.
If you need 3D, CGI or copywriting alongside design, then DotYeti Summit at $2,595/mo. ✅ ManyPixels doesn't offer these.
If you want an art director reviewing every brief and graphics are all you need, then DotYeti Scale at $1,595/mo is a fair deal.
If you want the same designer every day and direct Slack access, then ManyPixels Assigned Designer at $1,399/mo. ✅ It's the plan 72% of ManyPixels customers choose.
If you run an agency with several client brands on a tight budget, then ManyPixels. ❌ DotYeti Base caps you at two brand profiles.

FAQs
The bottom line
ManyPixels is the better value for teams that need graphics, web pages, motion or video on a budget: it reaches that full scope at $1,199 a month, against $2,595 on DotYeti. DotYeti is the better buy for brands that need 3D, copywriting or senior art direction bundled into one team, and can justify Summit pricing. Choose by the most advanced thing you'll need this year, not by the price on the first plan card.
