Introduction

Most people shopping for Draftss alternatives are not unhappy with the first invoice. They are looking at the seventh one. Draftss runs a banner offering 50% off all plans for new customers for 6 months, and every price on the page is shown twice: the discounted figure in large type, and the real one crossed out beside it.

That is not a trick, and Draftss is upfront about it. But it does change the comparison. A $265 graphics plan is one of the cheapest subscriptions in the category. A $530 graphics plan that works on one task at a time is not.

Here's what we did: we read every price below off a live pricing page in September 2026, compared each alternative to Draftss at full price, and cut anything that costs more for the thing people are actually leaving over. What does Draftss actually cost after the discount?

Draftss costs $530 a month for Graphic Team with one active task, $1,190 for Creative Team, and $2,780 for Full Team once the 6-month, 50% new customer discount ends. Three active tasks cost $1,180, $1,980 and $3,580. Averaged over a first year, the promo lowers the monthly cost by a quarter, not by half.

The three plans are built around team type. Graphic Team is graphic designers only. Creative Team adds motion graphics artists, illustrators, video editors, and website and app UI designers. Full Team adds developers, social media managers, SEO and PPC specialists, and copywriters.

To be fair to Draftss, a first-year average of $397.50 for graphics is competitive. The problem is year two, and every year after it. If you plan to keep a design subscription longer than 12 months, the list price is the only number that matters.

Worth knowing: older reviews still quote Draftss at $349, $649 and $999 a month. Those plans no longer exist on the pricing page.

How do Draftss active tasks work?

An active task is a request Draftss is working on right now. One active task means one request at a time, with everything else waiting in a queue. Three active tasks means three run in parallel. Requests and revisions are unlimited on every plan; concurrency is the only thing you pay more for.

That makes cost per active task the fairest way to compare Draftss with the alternatives. At list price, Draftss charges about $393 per concurrent graphics task, $660 per creative task and $1,193 per full team task on the 3-task plans.

Be real: a concurrency number only helps if the team behind it keeps up. We have not tested every provider here at three live tasks, so treat this as the ceiling each company publishes, not a guarantee of output. The model is different from active tasks. We deliver a set daily output every business day: typically 2 to 3 social graphics, one logo draft, or a first landing page draft. Bigger projects get daily progress until they are done. This gives you a better idea of the deliverables to expect and helps you plan your work accordingly.

Kimp is also the closest match on risk terms. It offers a 7-day free trial like Draftss, plus a pause option at $19.95 a month and 10% off when you add two or more subscriptions. The limitation is scope: web and app UI design are not what Kimp is built around, so Draftss users who rely on the UI designers in Creative Team should look at ManyPixels or Renlar instead.

There is a 15-day money-back guarantee instead of a free trial.

The non-obvious part is on Delesign's own pricing page: your designer works "an average of 2 hours per day" on your projects. That is about 42 hours a month in a single queue, with no way to buy parallel capacity. You get a named designer, which Draftss does not offer, but you give up concurrency entirely. Kapa99 is the most direct answer to the Draftss active task limit. Every tier includes unlimited active tasks, unlimited brands and unlimited team members. The three plans cost $499, $999 and $2,500 a month, discounted to $349, $849 and $2,000 for the first two months.

Notice that Kapa99 also uses an intro price, so the same rule applies: compare on $499, not $349. Even at list price, it undercuts Draftss Graphic Team by $31 and removes the concurrency cap. The limitation is scope. Kapa99 is focused on graphic design, and its plan features do not clearly cover website design, video or motion, so it replaces Graphic Team rather than Creative Team.

Standard at $449 includes graphic design, custom illustrations, presentation design, and video and motion graphics, with a project manager and unlimited brands. That covers most of what Draftss Creative Team adds (everything except app and website UI) for $741 less at list price.

Premium at $599 is the same scope with 3 projects at a time. Draftss charges $1,180 for three concurrent graphics tasks, so Graphically Premium delivers the same concurrency for about half the price, with video included. Their page says 77% of customers pick Premium, which tells you where the value sits.

The trade-off: Graphically does not bundle development or marketing, and it is a managed team rather than a named designer. If you used Draftss Full Team for Webflow builds or SEO, this only replaces part of it.

Compared to Draftss Full Team at $2,780 for one task, the Bundle is $785 cheaper and runs three. Renlar is built for agencies, with a white-label client portal on every plan, a 7-day money-back guarantee, and quarterly (10% off) or annual (20% off) billing.
