Different issues go to different places. Pick the right channel and you'll get a faster answer.
For design feedback or designer issues
Start in the Messages tab on the request. Most design issues resolve faster by talking to your designer directly.
If you've tried that and it's not working, use the in-app chatbot to request a designer swap. A project manager will help match you with someone else.
For billing, plans, or account questions
Email info@manypixels.co or use the in-app chatbot.
We respond within 2 business days. Most billing questions get answered same-day.
For technical bugs in the app
Email tech@manypixels.co with:
- A description of what you were doing when it broke
- A screenshot of the error, or better, a short Loom
- Your browser and OS (if you know them)
The tech team responds when the bug is fixed, rather than after every triage step. If you need an ETA, say so in the first email.
