Short version: you own everything we make for you, the moment we deliver it.

Your rights to the work

When we hand off a file, you get 100% ownership. That includes:

• Final flat files (JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG)
• Native source files in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma
• Any stock photography used in the design, with the license transferred to you

You can use the work commercially, modify it, resell it, or archive it. No credit required.

Stock photos and fonts

If your designer uses licensed stock in your design, you inherit the license when we deliver. We only work with commercially licensed stock, so you don't need to re-purchase anything.

Fonts work differently. If we use a free or open-source font, you're fine to use the file as-is. If the design calls for a specific paid font you've already licensed, upload it through your brand profile and we'll use it.

Materials you provide

If you upload logos, photography, copy, or any other asset, we assume you have the rights to use them. We're not liable for any third-party claims on materials you give us.
