Plans, payment methods & invoices
Everything billing-related lives under Billing (click your name, top right, then Billing). Here's what you can do there.
Payment methods we accept
Verified credit or debit cards only, processed through Stripe. We don't accept PayPal, bank transfers, checks, or cash. All billing is in USD.
How to update your card
Billing tab, find the card section, click edit, enter new card details, confirm. Changes apply to your next invoice.
Changing your plan
Billing tab, Edit Plan, pick a new tier or billing frequency, review total, Update.
You can:
- Upgrade or downgrade between Advanced, Business, Assigned Designer, and Design Team plans
- Change billing frequency between monthly, quarterly, or yearly (longer commitments get a discount)
Your current plan is labeled "(current plan)" in the picker.
For custom volume or team setups, contact sales. We can build something outside the standard tiers.
Finding your invoices
Billing tab, scroll down, you'll see every invoice we've issued, downloadable as PDF.
We can't edit a past invoice after it's been issued (tax reasons). If you need a detail changed, like a billing address, update it in your account and it'll apply to future invoices.
Subscription status
Your account is always in one of three states:
- Active. You can submit requests and revisions. Your card is on file and your subscription auto-renews.
- Paused. You keep access to past files and messages, but can't submit new work. Resume any time. Pause costs $10/month.
- Inactive. Your billing period has ended and you've lost access to files and requests. You can reactivate by starting a new subscription.
Auto-renewal and failed payments
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can see the next renewal date in the Billing tab.
If a payment fails, we retry the charge three times over the following week, and you'll get an email after each attempt. If all three fail, the subscription is cancelled and access is revoked. You can always reactivate.
