🛠️ How can we help?
Answers to common questions, product guides, and helpful documentation.
Files, software & brand profiles
This covers what we design in, what formats you get back, and how brand profiles keep everything consistent across requests.
Software we design in
- Graphic design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva
- Animation: After Effects, Photoshop
- Presentations: Illustrator, InDesign, Google Slides, PowerPoint
- Web & UI: Figma
Software we don't work in
Keynote, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Framer, Squarespace, and DIY website builders. If you need deliverables for any of these, we'll export to a compatible format (like PPTX or an editable PDF) wherever we can.
File formats you receive
Standard delivery includes JPEG, PNG, SVG, and PDF. You also get the native source file (PSD, AI, INDD, FIG, or a Canva share link). Need TIFF, EPS, or something else specific? Just ask in the brief.
Brand profiles
A brand profile is a saved folder of everything about your brand: logos, fonts, colors, tone of voice, target audience, and sample assets. Once you've set one up, you can attach it to any request with a single click and your designer has full context instantly.
How to create one
Go to the Brands tab and click Create Brand. Fill in:
- Brand name, industry, and short description
- Logos (vector format preferred)
- Brand guidelines PDF, if you have one
- Hex codes for your color palette
- Fonts (or links to where they're licensed)
- Sample imagery and reference designs
- Notes on tone, voice, and audience
You can create multiple brand profiles. Agencies and founders running several businesses use this a lot. There's no cap on how many you set up.
Why it matters: the more complete your brand profile, the less back-and-forth you'll have on the first few requests. Twenty minutes upfront saves hours later.
